is a Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
The Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card is a prepaid card. The Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card can also be used, to withdraw funds, at millions of ATMs and at Point of Sale (POS) merchants worldwide.

ATM machines will accept my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
The Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card can be used at any ATM machine that displays the MasterCard®, Maestro®, Cirrus®, STAR® or NYCE® brands shown here.
What is a Point of Sale transaction?
Point of Sale transactions or "POS", means purchases, including cash back, at retail merchants like grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, convenience stores, etc. that accept cards. Today, almost all retail stores accept cards. To make a purchase or to make a purchase and get cash back at POS, you will need to enter your PIN at the store. The clerk will assist you with this if you need assistance.
How
can I use my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
You can make ATM withdrawals, Point of Sale (POS) purchases, make rental car purchases, make airline and hotel reservations, and make toll-free or online purchases . When you make purchases at restaurants or other retail merchants, you will sign a receipt.
What
if I leave my current employer or have two jobs?
Once you receive your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card, you can sign up for direct deposit from your new employer. You may also receive your pay from more than one employer, as long as they support direct deposit payroll, which most do. If you leave your current employer for a new job, just sign up for direct deposit with your new employer and you will start receiving your payroll on the card each payday from the new employer. It's that simple!
Can
I receive my IRS Income Tax Refund on my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Yes. To receive your Direct Deposit refund on your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card, make
sure you or the person who prepares your tax return checks the
box on your tax return for Direct Deposit and supplies the Direct Deposit Account
Number of your card and the Routing number on the back of your
card.
Can
I receive Government payments like
Social Security, etc. on my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Yes. You can request Direct Deposit of payments to your card from
pension and annuity payments, interest payments, retirement
and mutual fund distributions, Social Security, veterans and other
government benefits that support Direct Deposit payments. Simply request
a Direct Deposit form from the appropriate company or agency, complete
it and return it to begin receiving your deposits on your card.
Can
I receive a second Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card for a family member?
Yes. If you would like a second Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card for a family member, simply
notify your payroll department.
Can
I share money from my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card to a second Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Yes, once the family member has received the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card you can share
money from your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card to a secondary Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card. To share
money, you can call Customer Service or login to your account
online. As soon as you provide the information the money is deposited
to the secondary Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card in real-time and the other person can begin
using their Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card. There is no charge to share money from card to card.
What
if I have lost my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card and I can't find my
card number?
It is necessary for you to have your card number with your PIN
when reporting a lost or stolen card to customer service. You
should write your card number down and store it in a safe place
at the time of purchase, but never keep your card number and PIN
stored together.
How
do I get a replacement Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Contact your employer or call Load-n-go Customer Service.
How
is the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card activated?
When you receive your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card you must call the toll-free number located on the card carrier to activate your card and select a PIN.
Can
I change my PIN?
Yes. The registered cardholder, on file, will have to call customer
service in order to change the PIN. You may also change
your PIN by setting up a free online account at www.Load-n-go.com
and login to your account.
What
if I lose or forget my PIN?
You will still be able to use your card for all signature-based purchases. You will not be able to use your card for cash withdrawal at ATMs without your PIN.

I access my account on the Internet?
Yes. By going to www.Load-n-go.com
you can set-up a free personal account where you can check your
balance, share money card to card, and much more.
How
do I check the balance on my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
You can check the balance on your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card by using an ATM, the Internet or by calling Customer Service. There
may be a transaction fee to check your balance at an ATM. There
is no fee to check your balance by phone or online. To check your
account online at www.Load-n-go.com
you will need to register and establish a user name and password.
How long is the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card good for?
The
Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card is good for two years from the date of activation. If the card is not used for a period
of ninety (90) days the card will become inactive. If you have a cash balance
on a card that has been rendered inactive, you may call Customer
Service to reactivate your card. A reactivation fee may be applied.
Can
anyone apply for Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Anyone receiving direct deposit payments may apply for Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card.
Do
I need to sign the back of my Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card?
Yes. Your Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card is not valid unless you have signed the back of
the card.
What
if I want to make a purchase that is over the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card balance?
The limit is set based on the amount of funds stored on the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card
and available at the time of purchase. If the amount of your purchase
is more than you have on the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card, your purchase will be declined.
Can
I use the Dealer Benefits Network Payroll Card to make purchases on the Internet or by phone?
You may use it wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted. This means you can make purchases on the Internet or by phone.
