What We Do

Load-n-go is an entrepreneurial marketing company with a single focus on advanced payroll and payment distribution products and services.

Load-n-go markets direct deposit payroll and health related prepaid cards that generate substantial savings for businesses while providing convenience, safety and value for employees.

Load-n-go Payroll Cards eliminate paper payroll checks. The cards can also replace travel vouchers as well as expense and reimbursement checks. There is no need to change ACH Providers or Payroll Processors. There is no need to install hardware or software. The employer can simply and easily integrate the cards into their existing payment systems. Load-n-go also provides 24-hour customer support in both English and Spanish.

This method of payment eliminates the costly and time-consuming process of paying employees with traditional paper checks. Payments to recipients are made via ACH and Direct Deposit to recipient accounts (just like any other direct deposit to a checking account) on designated paydays. Furthermore, this payment method greatly reduces other costs associated with paper checks by reducing fraud, lost and stolen checks, replacement checks, etc.

Load-n-go offers two types of direct deposit payroll cards. First is the Load-n-go Payroll MasterCard® offering the broadest acceptance. This is a prepaid card that is accepted wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted at millions of locations worldwide including Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") and retail locations as well as Internet and telephone merchants that accept Debit MasterCard. For added convenience, cardholders can also get cash-back from most Point-Of-Sale ("POS") merchants.

The second card we offer is our Load-n-go Payroll Maestro® Card. This is also a prepaid card that utilizes a PIN to complete a transaction. The Load-n-go Payroll Maestro Card can be used to withdraw cash at millions of ATMs and millions of POS merchants around the world that accept Maestro cards. Cardholders can also get cash back at the point of sale. This card is also ideal for short-term or temp employees who may only receive payments for short periods of time.

With either card, the benefits to cardholders are many. Cards can be issued to any employee. No credit checks or bank accounts are required. Cardholders may receive all or part of their payments via direct deposit. It's up to them. Cardholders may receive direct deposit payments from more than one employer. Cardholders also eliminate the need to pay for check cashing services and the need to cash a check and carry large sums of cash around. Cardholders can make purchases and get cash back with their Load-n-go Payroll MasterCard at any POS merchant that accepts Debit MasterCard or with their Load-n-go Payroll Maestro Card at any POS merchant that accepts Maestro cards. Cardholders can withdraw cash from over one million ATMs. 24-hour, toll-free and Internet Customer Service is provided in both English and Spanish.

For the employer, Load-n-go provides businesses with lower costs of payroll and payment distribution at no cost to the employer for our standard programs. There are no implementation fees, program fees or setup fees associated with employers implementing our standard Load-n-go Payroll MasterCard program.

The Load-n-go Payroll Card system is completely automated allowing HR to save time, money and valuable resources over traditional issuance of paper checks. Furthermore, you can eliminate the expenses associated with Stop Payments, Check Replacement, Fraud and Lost or Stolen Checks. Also, temporary pay and termination pay can be handled in a matter of minutes.

Load-n-go also provides a Cardholder Account Services web site at no cost to the sponsoring company that will directly link to the services provided by Load-n-go so cardholders can check balances, transactions, transfer funds, etc.

What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
